Bupa Has Updated Its Provider Terms – What This Means for You

If you are a PACFA Clinical Registrant recognised as a Bupa provider, there are important updates to Bupa’s  Ancillary Provider Terms, that you should be aware of. 

Effective May 2026, Bupa has updated Clause 7 – Handling Information. The changes include a revision to sub-clause (d) and the introduction of a new sub-clause (e). These changes clarify the circumstances in which Bupa may disclose provider information. 

If you are a Clinical Registration who is recognised as a Bupa provider, we strongly encourage you to review the updated Ancillary Provider Terms to ensure you are familiar with the changes. 

If you become aware of a breach of Clause 7, you must promptly notify Bupa of the nature and extent of the breach and take reasonable steps to rectify it.
