Working With Survivors Of Childhood Sexual Abuse

This is a half-day workshop for mental health professionals supporting adults who experienced sexual abuse in childhood.
This workshop is aimed at providing an opportunity to connect, and discuss treatment options for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA), as well as offer practical solutions for responding to most common client presentations and concerns that arise in a clinical setting.
An experienced trauma-informed psychotherapist will guide you through thought evoking case studies and intervention examples that can enhance your professional skills in the areas of CSA disclosures, trauma symptoms and frequently encountered barriers to client engagement and recovery.
