What you’ll do

We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP providers. Training in psychological first aid will be provided to the successful candidates. The work is flexible, diverse and challenging, with regular clinical supervision and access to training and professional development provided, as well as career development through internal mobility.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in behavioural sciences
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body
  • 10 years of relevant experience as a counsellor (highly desirable)
  • Own vehicle and driver's license
  • Enjoyment working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
  • A solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded
