About Recovered Living NZ
Recovered Living NZ is a charity providing a small (max 9 clients) residential (24/7) treatment programme for eating disorders. Set in a rural setting 30 minutes north of Christchurch NZ, we opened 1 year ago and are already achieving outstanding and world leading outcomes. This is an opportunity to join a programme moving the dial on effective treatment in NZ, in a multi-disciplinary team with a strong supportive culture and passionate concern for client outcomes.
What you’ll do
The successful candidate will provide:
- Individual, group and family therapy to support recovery from eating disorders
- Therapeutic utilisation of the residential milieu
- Treatment planning, along with mentoring and training recovery coaches and other staff
The details
- Full time or part time position
- Annual salary between $75,000 to 82,000 p.a. excluding NZ Kiwisaver contribution
- Located 30-minutes' drive north of Christchurch, New Zealand
What you’ll bring
- Counselling or other relevant qualification
- Membership of appropriate professional body
- Commitment to maintaining the positive staff culture and strong teamwork ethic
- Evidence of effective treatment addressing trauma, addictions, depression, OCD, anxiety, and ideally previous work with eating disorder recovery
- Current drivers licence
