About me

My practice
In my practice, you'll find a haven of support grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based methods, where judgement is left at the door, and understanding takes its place.

Recognising the uniqueness of each individual, my approach is to collaborate closely with you, fostering understanding, resolution, and healing.

I have an extensive background in aiding adults through complex mental health challenges, all of which were underscored by trauma. In addition, I provide support to individuals experiencing relationship issues and DV, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and loss and grief.

Beyond my role as a mental health practitioner, I am an associate lecturer in the Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling program at Western Sydney University (WSU), and I previously served as a sessional academic with ACAP. I contributed for several years to Lifeline as a crisis counsellor, alongside being a psychotherapist at a walk-in centre in Darlinghurst.
