About me

My practice
I provide an evidence-based, non-judgmental safe space for healing. Everyone’s context and needs are different, but I always aim to work side by side with you, utilising techniques and strategies that make sense to you.

My experience spans a range of ages, life challenges, and mental health issues. I’ve mentored teens and helped adults with depression and anxiety, bipolar, chronic pain, schizophrenia and DID. I’ve also helped people navigate relationship problems and domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and grief and loss.

In addition to my practice, I’ve worked as a crisis counsellor for Lifeline since 2019, and as a therapist at a walk-in centre in Darlinghurst. I am also a sessional academic in the Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling program at WSU.

Together we walk the path. Together we face the challenges that come. You will not be alone, as you take this important step towards healing.
