Therapy Practice Details
I am not taking any new therapy clients. I have some openings for Supervision and Consultation.
I am a PACFA Approved Supervisor, providing Trauma Informed Supervision in a variety of areas. My specialty is Trauma & Addiction Recovery & Resolution.
I also provide Supervision sessions to mental health professionals individually or in small groups.
Modalities I am trained in include;
Brainspotting (I am an International BSP Trainer)
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (completed 3 year SEP training)
EMDR (PACFA Approved Consultant)
Spiritual Psychology (I hold an MA in Spiritual & Counselling Psychology)
Ego State Therapy
and the 12 Step model of recovery (personal as well as professional knowledge)
I also train Mental Health Professionals in:
1) The 21st century brain-body relational therapy 'Brainspotting' (BSP), developed by Dr David Grand which is grounded in neuroscience.
BSP is being used effectively with good results for resolution of trauma, mood disorders, addictions, and also to expand performance abilities, and more.
2) The MATES Resourcing Model of affect regulation and stress management, co-developed by myself and my colleague, Salene Souza.

I am available in-person, for intensive bespoke therapy programs individually or as part of a multi-disciplinary team anywhere, world-wide.
Consultations to improve, integrate, regulate and restore physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual health.
Therapies I use with clients and Supervise other therapists in include:
Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Ego State Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the MATES Resourcing Program - To Master Emotional Regulation and Build Emotional Tolerance and Resilience Skills.
