Karen is a compassionate & qualified therapist who has worked over the past 10 years in a number of different sectors such as community and non-government organisations, education, health and medical. She is comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds and age groups.
Karen has specialised in working with complex and developmental trauma, and PTSD. She also helps clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-worth, making life transitions, managing conflict, existential and spiritual issues.
