At Mindsight Counselling, I offer a calm and supportive space for adults, children, and families seeking counselling and art therapy in Bayside Melbourne. With over 20 years’ experience in counselling and art therapy across Melbourne, I work with warmth, curiosity, and respect to help clients make sense of what’s feeling difficult and move towards greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing.

I support clients through anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling emotional overwhelmed. Whether you are navigating day-to-day stress or a significant change in life, therapy can offer a grounded place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build the resilience needed to move forward.
