My practice
Dalit is a registered Counsellor and Art Therapist. Dalit has worked as a qualified counsellor and art therapist for the last 15 years in public and private practice in Melbourne. Dalit brings empathy and compassion to her work, stemming from experience and quality training.

Dalit uses a wide range of approaches to fit the needs of her clients, including: Mindfulness, Person Centered-therapy, and Art Therapy. In addition, Dalit facilitates Art Therapy groups that aid relaxation, wellbeing and creativity.
