My practice
Hello, I am Marianna and I am a registered counsellor with PACFA. My passion is to journey with people toward inner healing, growth, and transformation. I use a holistic approach as I believe that we are multidimensional (Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual) beings. Every person is unique, therefore, I adopt an integrative approach in my therapeutic work to meet my clients' unique individual needs and preferences. My counselling framework is largely underpinned by Person-Centered therapy while drawing from other evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-informed, and Neuroscience understanding.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is central to the success of therapy. Henceforth, I offer a gentle, non-judgemental, warm, and confidential space for you to process your concerns and work through those challenges/issues to live a more fulfilled life.
