Hi, I’m Kylie. I provide a space of warmth, safety and acceptance in which to gently explore challenging thoughts, feelings and experiences. Are you ready to transform old patterns and habits and discover healthier ways to manage anger, stress, anxiety and relationship difficulties? Are you ready to bring more joy and ease into your life? I'm here for you.

Within a process-oriented (Processwork) framework, I use a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed creative and somatic methods and offer practical strategies for everyday life outside of the therapy space. Teaching nervous system awareness and regulation techniques are core elements of my goal of empowering people to develop the resilience and inner resources to face life’s challenges with confidence and authenticity.
