My practice

feel right, but you can't quite put your finger on what it is.

I'm Lukas Wooller, a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Fitzroy,
inner north Melbourne. I specialise in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
— an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and work with
your emotions rather than push them away.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress,
anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions,
childhood trauma, addiction and existential concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative and entirely led by you. I offer
a safe, non-judgemental space where nothing you feel is too much.

I see clients face-to-face in Fitzroy and via telehealth across
Melbourne and Australia. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation
