About me

My practice
I'm a queer, neurodivergent, cis woman who works with with survivors of family & domestic violence, sexual abuse, religious/spiritual abuse, LGBTQ+ conversion practices, and other forms of relational and complex trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-focused, and client-centred. I draw upon my own lived-experiences of trauma as well as evidence-based practices to support clients' needs.

I'm passionate about improving the accessibility and quality of therapeutic response to complex trauma. To this end, I'm a graduate researcher at the Australian Center in Sex Health and Society (La Trobe University). I'm also casual academic at the University of Adelaide where I teach future counsellors in the Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy program. I offer counselling via phone, Zoom, or face to face.
