About me

My practice
I believe that your body and mind are working from the same place. I am very curious about how your relationships and life have affected the way your mind and body are organised. My expertise is in working both verbally and physically so that you can re-evaluate your relationship to yourself and decide what works for you, and what doesn't.

As your therapist, I want to try and make your therapeutic journey as enjoyable as possible. There will be times where we can laugh, and there will be times where we can cry. It won't be a walk in the park, but above all, I am committed to helping you build a strong relationship to your Self that you can carry for the rest of your life.
