I have a wide breadth of personal life experience. As a child immigrant and having grown up in Australia, I have awareness and experience of Western and ethnic influences. I work in a judgement free manner to ensure my clients feel completely accepted.

My approach to counselling is creating a partnership with clients (you). I focus on developing insight, cognitive and emotional skills, and identifying your preferred life goals and behaviours.

I have a background in leading corporate teams. This gives me the ability to understand and appreciate the workplace challenges which affect clients. I have strong experience in coaching and development within professional spaces.
