About me

My practice
Sara offers warm, friendly and down-to-earth counselling, Internal Family Systems (IFS Informed Therapy), and clinical supervision where you feel seen, heard, and welcome as you are in each moment.

You will be guided to explore and understand what arises in you; your emotions, sensations, thoughts, core beliefs, your parts and your values. This strengths-based, trauma-informed healing process will support you to grow in curiousity, compassion, courage, creativity and deepen your connection to your Self, to others and to the world around you. Each session will support you to develop strategies to manage your mood, energy levels, your thoughts, emotions, your body awareness and to deepen your relationships and sense of belonging.

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who want to commit to a healing journey to address issues in their past and present as well as to plan how to live a more meaningful life in the future. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) we will explore how to integrate and heal parts of your inner AND outer ecosystem (relationships, community, earth).
