BilaEmpower is Australia’s only National Indigenous-led EAP provider and is both Supply Nation and ACNC registered. As a national, First Nations-led Employee Assistance Program provider, they’re deeply committed to offering culturally safe and empowering support for First Nations and non-Indigenous employees alike. Their EAP is built on respect for Indigenous knowledge systems, prioritising holistic wellbeing and community resilience.

BilaEmpower creates a space where employees feel genuinely understood, especially in times of grief, mental health struggles, and life transitions, ensuring their support reflects the strength of Indigenous cultures and values. They are focused on empowering individuals and uplifting communities, together.

100% of BilaEmpower’s Board and Clinicians are Australian First Nations professionals operating their own Sovereign private practices from across the continent. BilaEmpower guarantees that staff and their families can access confidential, culturally integrated mental health support. They support all your staff, not just First Nations, taking a holistic approach to healthy organisational culture.

If you are an Australian First Nations mental health clinician (counsellor, psychotherapist, social worker, or psychologist), BilaEmpower encourages you to enquire about becoming a Sovereign First Nations collaborator.
