PACFA has Registration Audit System for
verifying that members and Registrants meet their annual membership
renewal requirements.
The Audit System follows the Register Audit Guidelines. Download the Register Audit Guidelines.
Under the audit system, Registrants no longer need to provide PACFA
with documents each year to support their registration renewal. Instead,
Registrants sign an on-line declaration stating that they have met the
renewal requirements and they are therefore required to keep their
renewal documents in a Professional Portfolio for a three year period
until the documents are audited.
It is essential that you keep all of your renewal documentation until your audit takes place. All Registrants are usually audited once every three years.
