counselling and psychotherapy profession through education, research, and academic leadership.
It is intended for individuals working in teaching, training, scholarship, and related academic roles
where engagement with the field is professional and ongoing.

This is not a registration pathway and does not permit professional practice under PACFA.

Academic Membership is suited to applicants who wish to stay connected with PACFA’s work,
standards, and broader professional community, while not seeking practising or clinical registration.
