June College of Psychotherapy Virtual Morning Tea: Exploring visualisation as a therapeutic tool in psychotherapy

The College of Psychotherapy Leadership Group warmly invites all members of the College of Psychotherapy to an informal online coffee morning and conversation session. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect and share.
We look forward to seeing you there to share and connect in our collective wisdom. Don't forget your favourite mug!

There are times when life can feel disorienting, as though we’ve lost our bearings and are moving without a clear sense of direction. In psychotherapy, guided visualisation offers a way of gently turning inward to meet these experiences, rather than pushing past them or trying to resolve them too quickly, allowing space for a different kind of knowing to emerge.

We will begin this Virtual Morning Tea with a guided meditation, followed by a discussion exploring themes of losing our bearings, ego strength, the unconscious, and awareness. Together, we will reflect on the inner qualities that can arise through this work, a sense of steadiness, clarity, orientation, and quiet confidence, as well as how our life energy can become constrained, and how it may be freed and re-directed.

You’re warmly invited to join the College of Psychotherapy for a space of reflection, connection, and shared professional insight.

Who is this event for?

All members of the College of Psychotherapy are warmly welcome.
