Under the terms of the rebate, the first consultation for the client in the calendar year will be rebated $50; clients will then be rebated $45 for each following consultation until they reach their limits. Counselling services are covered across each of the Funds Extras products.
Please ensure the Providers name, Association and Association Membership number and service address are indicated on any supplied invoices. Should a Provider need to get in contact with either Teachers Health, Nurses & Midwives Health or Unihealth, email: [email protected].

If you already hold an ARHG provider number (previously referred to as Police Health Fund number) you don’t need to do anything – you already hold a provider number for this fund.
