PACFA partners with CoHealth to support the communities affected by the Victorian floods

03 November 2022

To support the flood affected communities in central and northern Victoria in their recovery, PACFA and the not-for-profit community health organisation CoHealth have teamed up to recruit Victorian clinical members to provide support.

A call was sent out via email and social media for PACFA clinical members ready to work in the flood affected areas of Victoria. There is still an urgent need for counsellors to support people on the ground in Rochester; at CoHealth facilities in Footscray and at the repurposed Mickleham quarantine centre. All the positions will be overseen by CoHealth.

The multidisciplinary teams will provide support for the members of the communities as they clean up and mend their businesses, their homes and their lives.
