How is your mental health and wellbeing?

03 October 2022

In recognition of World Mental Health Day, 10 October 2022, Mental Health Australia is asking mental health professionals to fill out a survey about their mental health and wellbeing.

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the mental health and wellbeing of Australian healthcare professionals to reduce stigma, raise awareness of positive conversations about mental health and promote help-seeking behaviour. The results will be anonymous and the deidentified data will be released in October 2022.

This World Mental Health Day, 10 October 2022, Mental Health Australia is encouraging a focus on ‘Awareness, Belonging and Connection,’ and is calling upon everyone to ‘Look after your mental health, Australia.’

Now in its 30th year, World Mental Health Day, part of National Mental Health Month, is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.

The ‘Look after your mental health, Australia’ website has free resources to share, including fact sheets, a calendar with mental health activities for each day of National Mental Health, articles and e-books.
