The Value of Working Systemically with Individual, Couples for Children

Following on from the published research 2023, The Effectiveness of Family Constellation Therapy in Improving Mental Health: A Systematic Review USA National Library of Medicine, I present how working systemically can improve client outcomes.

Most counselling and psychotherapies are designed to focus on the client as an individual in exploring thoughts, behaviour, feelings and to discover how they make meaning in opening their options towards positive change. This is what I was taught too. Since 2005 I have been working systemically. This has been a radical change for myself and my clients.

We will look at some common dynamics that individuals hold and there effects on mental health, relationships, family and children. Working phenomenologically, psychodynamic-ally, spatially and experientially for better mental health

Yildiz Sethi has been in Private practice since 2000 and has a Masters degree in Counselling, Diploma Clinical Hypnotherapy and an educator at ACAP for eight years.  She is the founder of Emotional Mind Integration, Rapid Core Healing, Practical Trauma Informed Treatment PTIT:P&G and a Family Constellations practitioner and trainer.
