Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Coordinator
Are you a tech savvy counsellor, Indigenous healing practitioner, or psychotherapist looking for an exciting way to contribute to the profession? Or are you an experienced events/professional development superstar with an interest in mental health care?
The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating CPD events for PACFA, our members, and the community.
You will be working with dynamic presenters who lead the profession’s engagement with exciting developments in mental healthcare. By facilitating online PD, you will positively impact the practice and learning of a broad range of members nationally.
As a member of the practice team, you will develop effective professional relationships that lead to the delivery of program outcomes. Your success in the role will be measured by your ability to implement and coordinate projects, including administration of budgets, by forming great relationships and connecting others.
Equally as valuable are your tech skills and your ability to work autonomously and effectively to form relationships between the geographically dispersed stakeholders.
Some evening and weekend work is required as part of the role, so this role may work well with your study or other commitments as there is a degree of flexibility for the right person to work part time, or across a variety of projects in a full-time capacity.
We pride ourselves on being supportive and flexible and offer a great range of benefits including:
- Full NFP Salary packaging up to $15,900
- Flexible work arrangements / Hybrid model of working from office and home
- Professional development / Education & Training opportunities
- Employee Assistance Program support (EAP)
- Collaboration with passionate like-minded professionals
- A supportive small team environment
