Council

PACFA’s peak policy and strategy making body is the PACFA Council which is made up of two delegates from each PACFA Member Association, the PACFA Board and PACFA Branches and Colleges. The PACFA Council sets the broad strategic directions for PACFA and makes decisions about key policy issues for the organisation.

The PACFA Council meet twice a year in April and October. It is the forum for considering and discussing strategic priorities and policy issues and making decisions on proposals affecting PACFA and the counselling and psychotherapy profession.
