Thank you for applying for membership with PACFA. PACFA values the expertise and specialization you bring from your Member Association.

Before completing your application for Clinical or Certified Practising Membership, please read about our eligibility criteria and compile the documents listed in the application checklists into one single PDF or zip folder. Additionally, please have a credit card ready for payment to complete the application.

If applying via the Accredited Training pathway, submit the documents listed in the Accredited Training application checklist.

Please note that the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway is currently under review.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be asked to log in/create an account before you can complete the application form. The application automatically saves, allowing you to return to it later if needed. The application fee is non-refundable.
