Join as a Member Association Member

This application pathway is available to applicants who are current members of one of PACFA’s recognised Member Associations and who are seeking registration with PACFA as either a Certified Practising or Registered Clinical practitioner. It offers a clear and supported option for practitioners whose professional association membership already aligns with PACFA standards.

To apply, select the relevant registration pathway below, review the eligibility criteria carefully, and submit your application once you meet the requirements. You must upload a copy of your current Member Association certificate along with all other required supporting documentation, as applications cannot be assessed without this verification.

If your application is approved and your Member Association certificate is verified, the PACFA registration fee will be waived, as this cost is covered by the fees paid to your Member Association. Only the application fee is payable as part of this process.

Registrations

• Certified Practising (New Graduate) – For those who have graduated within the last two years.
• Certified Practising – For those who completed their training more than two years ago.
• Registered Clinical – For those who completed their training more than two years ago and have accrued at least 750 hours of client contact and 75 hours of supervision.

Processing times for Certified Practising and Registered Clinical applications can take up to two to three weeks. Unfortunately, applications cannot be expedited.
