Introduction to IFS - 4 x 90min online

In this workshop series you will immerse yourself in the Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) model of psychotherapy. The IFS Institute's International Partner and regional training organiser Simon d’Orsogna (MA) will offer an Introductory IFS Online workshop as a public webinar (90min standalone event with proceeds to ASRC), and optional 3 small group sessions of 90min via the ZOOM platform (6 hours series total). 

Participants in the Introductory Workshop Series will learn the basics of the IFS approach from the ground up. No previous knowledge of the model is assumed. Suitable to professionals (therapists, psychologists, counsellors, certified coaches, expressive and therapeutic arts practitioners, and social workers) as well as those seriously interested in their self-development. The focus in this series is on understanding the IFS approach, model and techniques. The Demos Series 1&2, Enriching Workshops, Small Study Groups, IFS Online Circle, and Level 1 Training will be a natural next steps for those who have completed this Introductory workshop.

This event counts towards 6 hours of category A CPD.
