Understanding our parts, Self and nervous system through an IFS and Polyvagal lens
PACFA TAS LG invites you to join Sara Phillips, Registered Clinical Counsellor PACFA and IFS-Informed Therapist, for this recorded PD webinar to explore how Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems Therapy can provide an holistic and effective approach to addressing trauma and emotional dysregulation in ourselves as therapists as well as within our clients.

Presenter: Sara Phillips
Sara Phillips is a Clinical Counsellor and IFS-Informed Therapist. She holds a Master of Counselling and has worked in the mental health field for 8 years and is now in private practice. Before that Sara has held roles as a Parent Coach, Family Support Worker, Speech Therapist and Teacher.

Sara found Internal Family Systems to be a great way of understanding her own parts and sense of Self as well as understanding client's parts and sense of Self. Sara loves understanding how parts and the nervous system are woven together and how understanding both parts and the nervous system empowers us to choose different strategies.
