What to expect:
In this series of workshops Helen will give a brief introduction to art therapy and how she works. As Helen’s way of working is experiential and interactive, over the 4 week’s course Helen will guide participants to ‘do’ art and invite participants to share their experiences in small groups as well as the larger group.  There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and how to enhance their own therapy practice with art.
