HeartMath® Resilience Advantage

The HeartMath® Resilience Advantage course is interactive, and is held over two days, via Zoom. In that time, you will be taught 6 of the key HeartMath® skills, each with its' own inherent use. Beginning with a focus in the heart, and its subsequent influences on the brain and ANS, we build towards developing intuition, solving problems, developing communication and creating a sense of Active Calm. 

You will be shown how important and causal the heart muscle is, in the amount of energy you have available on a daily basis. You will be taught an intelligent energy management system and the skills to engage it. The methods taught are of use not only for you, the life of your professional team and each of your clients. Resources are provided for your ongoing usage with your client base. This course will open up other supportive opportunities free of charge, for you to practice and share your progress - participation in these events also incurs professional development hours. 

Your participation and feedback on the course, will entitle you to receive 12 hours of Professional Development validation. 

Cost of the course is $650pp excluding GST.

Anne Ligthart is a Clinical Psychotherapist / Supervisor / Marine Trauma Specialist / Professional Scuba Diver and HeartMath® Certified Trainer.  
Multi-disciplined, Anne brings over four decades of experience to her work with people experiencing distress associated with trauma. She has extensive experience in acute situations that require high performance, in her diving career, psychiatric emergencies and currently a thriving practice in trauma psychotherapy. 
HeartMath® courses teach science-backed theory and skills in regulation, by synchronising the brain and heart to a calm and alert high performance state called Coherence. HeartMath® courses are taught globally to those in high stress occupations, to enable coherence while in the midst of the job.  All research and results are documented and available on www.heartmath.org
