This workshop will unpack the elements that make up good professional supervision:
1. Reflective practice at the micro level in which the interpersonal experiences of the supervisor, supervisee and individual client are in focus
2. Critical reflection at the macro level in which the political, social and cultural settings are in focus
3. Facilitation of a bridge between those perspectives and exploration of what emerges
About the presenters
Alison Strasser DProf (Psychotherapy & Counselling), MA, BA Hons - Alison is a practising psychotherapist, coach and supervisor. She is also an educator with a passion for imparting how existential themes can be integrated into every therapeutic approach.
Adam McLean M Counselling, Grad Dip Psych/Couns, BCHC, BN - Adam is a clinical psychotherapist, supervisor, educator and trainer with over 30 years experience
