The Art of Facilitation Workshop Series

Level 2 - Facilitation Dynamics (Online)

25 - 26 May 2024, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm AEST

In every encounter between facilitator and the person(s) being facilitated, there is an opportunity for empowerment.

Facilitators who engage presence, attunement and resonance coupled with skill and authentic connection can generate transformational insight from whatever emerges in process.

We believe that masterful facilitation does not need to be hard. Equally, artistry in facilitation is modality and context agnostic.

Facilitation artistry comes when you can create a safe space, cultivate your internal state of flow and embrace The Mystery that sits underneath the fabric of your perception.

The Art of Facilitation (AOF) is a series of three experiential workshops to introduce therapists and counsellors to a deeper valence of presence from which you can surrender into yourself and support emergence for therapeutic dyads, triads and groups.

In Level 2, Facilitation Dynamics, we:

Continue to Focus on the value of Relational Dynamics
Continue to create an embodied experience of Presence, Attunement and Resonance
Explore what triggers you and how to recover quickly
Uncover what is brilliant about you
Facilitate, observe, and optionally be facilitated in processes
Commit to Integrity and Accountability
Invite you to walk with artistry into your practice
Create an experiential safe container for all participants.
Work with the wisdom of group participants to co-create a collaborative learning environment.

This workshop series includes AOF Level 1 - Overcoming Facilitation Blocks and AOF Level 3 - Bio-energetic Facilitation. It is a pre-prerequisite to attend either AOF Level 1 OR AOF Level 2 in order to be eligible for AOF Level 3. Please follow the link below to get more details.
